• Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their staffing needs
• Conduct bilingual communication with candidates and clients to ensure clear understanding of job requirements and expectations
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective recruiting strategies
• Stay informed about local labor market trends and employment laws in Dallas, Texas

• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
• Proven experience in recruiting, staffing, or a related HR role
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Texas
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and MS Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred

• Bilingual – Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in recruitment or staffing (required)
• Full-time availability
• Own vehicle and valid driver's license
• Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, solution-oriented mind

• Monday to Friday – Full-time
• Weekend availability (on-call, as needed)

• Base Salary: $3,500/month + Bonus
• Performance Bonuses available
