QXO is looking for a Corporate Compensation Analyst to join our Corporate Compensation team. In this role, you'll help shape the compensation programs that attract, retain, and reward talent across one of North America's fastest-growing companies. You'll partner with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to analyze market data, support compensation planning, maintain job architecture, and contribute to equity and incentive programs.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–4 years of corporate compensation experience who wants broad exposure to enterprise-wide compensation strategy in a high-growth, acquisition-driven environment.
- Analyze compensation data and develop recommendations for hiring, promotions, transfers, and organizational changes.
- Build financial models, dashboards, and executive-ready reporting that support compensation decisions and workforce planning.
- Conduct market pricing, benchmark jobs, maintain job architecture, and help ensure internal pay equity and market competitiveness.
- Support annual compensation processes, including merit planning, bonus administration, and long-term incentive cycles.
- Assist with equity compensation administration, including grant tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Payroll, and Legal to support compensation programs and improve scalable compensation processes.
- Maintain data integrity across HRIS and compensation systems while identifying opportunities to improve reporting and operational efficiency.
- 2–4 years of corporate compensation experience, ideally within a large, publicly traded company.
- Experience with compensation modeling, salary planning, market benchmarking, job architecture, or incentive compensation.
- Exposure to equity compensation programs such as RSUs or long-term incentive plans is strongly preferred.
- Advanced analytical skills with strong Excel proficiency and the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms and compensation survey tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to partner across HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
