Cintas is seeking a Human Resources Manager II to oversee all general areas of human resources. Safety is also a key focus for the Human Resources Manager who is responsible for ensuring that partners are trained on company safety policies and procedures and emphasizing a culture of safety at the location overall.

• High School Diploma/GED;
  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
• Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring and training
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
• 2+ years' Human Resources experience
