Lead Recruiter

Lead high-volume hiring in a fast-paced, onsite recruiting environment supporting a team of recruiters through full-cycle talent acquisition.

• Lead, coach, and support a recruiting team of 4-8 recruiters
  .
• Monitor recruiting pipelines, recruiter productivity, workloads, and progress toward hiring goals
  .
• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer delivery and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs, priorities, and role requirements.
• Create and refine sourcing strategies for high-volume hiring needs.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and extend offers.
• Track and report recruiting metrics, including interviews, offers, hires, and time-to-fill
  .
• Ensure consistent ATS usage and identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency
  .

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably high-volume
  .
• Prior experience leading, coaching, or mentoring recruiters.
• Strong background in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing
  .
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong communication

  , and time-management skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency;
  HRIS experience preferred.
