- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
This role is a cornerstone of our platform engineering strategy. You will:
- Ensure the stability and scalability of our infrastructure.
- Enable faster, safer delivery for application teams.
- Lead critical remediation and compliance efforts.
- Shape the future of our Dev Ops and cloud engineering practices.
- Lead infrastructure delivery and implementation across cloud and on‑prem environments.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Drive automation and standardization using tools like Jenkins, Chef, and Ansible.
- Remediate infrastructure vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Support application teams with provisioning, configuration, and deployment of platforms (e.g., Tomcat, Web Sphere, AWS).
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and execution.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of operational perfection.
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or delivery roles.
- Deep expertise in Linux systems, cloud platforms (especially AWS), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash, Ansible).
- Experience with vulnerability management and cloud governance tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven track record to lead cross‑functional initiatives and resolve complex technical issues.
The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
