Salesforce Administrator

Our Operations & IT division is currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator for a permanent position.

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for ensuring the integrity, availability, and quality of the Salesforce system, as well as the CRM platforms and related tools.

• Technical Analysis:
  Assess technical feasibility;
  Write detailed technical specifications
• Support:
  Ensure CRM data integrity, monitor key indicators, and manage alerts;
  Perform routine maintenance and operational tasks (running processes, consistency checks, access rights management, data imports, etc.);
  Handle requests from the various Yooz departments through a ticketing system
• Configuration and Development:
  Configure system settings;
  Develop Flows;
  Perform bulk data operations;
  Manage all tools connected to the CRM ecosystem:
  Sofacto, Docu Sign, Hub Spot, Probance, Wrike, Gong (with the possibility of future integrations)
• Technology Watch:
  Stay up to date with technological advancements in the relevant areas

• Proficiency in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other modules)
• Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Strong knowledge of standard configuration
• Understanding of business processes
