Jr. Solutions Architect

Description

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Jr. Solutions Architect to play a key role in guiding the design and delivery of technology solutions for our business enablement team. This position will work side‑by‑side with engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to shape cohesive, scalable, and value‑driven solutions. You will provide technical direction, design insight, and architectural stewardship across multiple domains, helping teams balance innovation with stability, short‑term delivery with long‑term sustainability, and autonomy with alignment to enterprise goals.

• Customer‑facing applications

• Azure, K8s, C#, Java, Java script, SQL, REST APIs (cloud architecture experience preferred)
• Understanding of performance and its impact on architecture
• Logging, error handling, and troubleshooting mindset
• Frontend frameworks familiarity (React a nice to have)
• Kafka familiarity (learnable if SQL, C#, and Java skills present)
• Knowledge of retail and distribution business processes
• Experience integrating or converting legacy systems into modern architectures
• Passion for researching and following industry trends
• Experience with agile and/or lean frameworks
• Experience with Dev Ops and IT operational best practices
• Knowledge of technology protocols and standards

Contract to hire position based out of Coppell, TX.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 – $95.00/hr eligible temporary roles may include the following benefits, subject to change and eligibility:
