SUMMARY OF POSITION:The Senior Technical Project Manager (Senior
TPM) is a leadership-level role accountable for managing complex, high‑impact projects and programs across multiple teams and business units. The Senior
TPM provides strategic direction, ensures alignment with organizational goals, and serves as the primary liaison between executive leadership and project teams. This role requires advanced technical acumen, extensive Agile project management expertise, and the ability to mentor and guide other project managers to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.
- Oversee full lifecycle of large‑scale technical programs, including initiation, planning, execution, release, and closure
- Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure sprint execution aligns with program goals
- Manage program‑level budgets, resource planning, and vendor coordination
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Atlassian and other project management tools
- Communicate program status, risks, and escalations to executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering, product, UX, and governance teams to ensure alignment and delivery
- Identify organizational impacts and define mitigation strategies for technical and operational risks
- Drive launch readiness for new products, features, and programs
- Mentor mid‑level TPMs and contribute to the development of best practices across the portfolio team
- Additional department‑relevant duties and support as needed based on business needs and objectives.
- Assigned other duties and special projects as required by management.

Education:- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, computer science, or related field. Master’s degree a plus
- PMP, Agile Scrum, or equivalent certification, strongly preferred
- 5+ years of experience in technical project or program management
- Demonstrated success in leading cross‑functional initiatives and managing global stakeholders
- Advanced understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and enterprise‑level product development life cycles
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills across technical and business domains
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools
- Strong organizational and strategic planning capabilities
- Ability to mentor and coach junior and mid‑level project managers
- Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, evolving environments
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a diverse, multi‑cultural and multi‑generational staff.
- Able to multi‑task in demanding and fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with expedited responsiveness.
