Job Description
The Program Manager plays a critical role in enabling the successful execution of Digital Retail Solutions (DRS) initiatives across the organization . This role leads multiple related projects and work streams to deliver strategic business outcomes. This role provides vision, structure, governance, and leadership over complex initiatives that span teams, departments, and geographies. The Program Manager ensures projects are aligned, dependencies are managed, resources are optimized , and benefits are realized.
This position lives within the Glob a l DRS Solutions Development team , and works cl osely with our Global Product Owners , Market (regional) Product Managers, Technology partners, Global and cross-f unctional teams to h elp execute launch activities for our Brink's digital retail solutions.
The Pro gram Manager is accountable for delivering defined pro grams on time, within budget, and within scope. This role leads end-to-end project planning, execution, budget tracking, resource management, risk management, governance, and overall delivery across cross-functional teams within the context of the project . This role allows shapes initiatives , and helps define scope, structure of programs, identifies projects needed to support, and defines interdependencies.
Th is role ens ures alignment with business objectives and expected outcomes, and follows pro gram and pro ject methodologies while actively managing risk, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
The ideal candidate combine s robust pro gram management expertise (in business and product oriented programs) with experience in working in a product organization and has experience working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be problem- solvers and have strong communication a nd collaboration skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
Program Strategy & Roadmap
- Partner with key stakeholders to define scope, objectives , and measurable outcomes.
- Develop multi-year roadmaps, sequencing, and interdependency plans.
- Maintain alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
- Establish and lead program governance structures, including phase-gate reviews and steering committees.
- Ensure consistent standards, practices, and quality across all projects.
- Manage program risks, issues, escalations, and cross-project conflicts.
- Identify project change requests (cope, budget, time) when needed and facilitate review / approval.
- Maintain accountability to p rogram (and projects within it) performance (to scope, time and budget).
- Align project charters, plans, and deliverables.
- Ensure accurate dependency mapping and resource optimization.
- Drive integration across technology, product, operations, and functional teams.
- Understand business outcomes and financial goals (revenue, OP, GM, etc.) . Drive team to deliver on expected product outcomes on time.
- Own the program budget, funding strategy, forecasting , and overall performance to plan .
- Track benefits realization and ensure post-implementation outcomes.
- Provide financial transparency to leadership and sponsors.
- Own resource planning and execution to program needs.
- Lead organizational change and communication strategies.
- Prepare executive-level briefings, dashboards, and narratives.
