Field Service Technician

Coppell, TX

Shift: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 2 am - 11 am

• Provide support activities in designated areas, including equipment exchange and inventory control management.
• Perform software installations, updates, troubleshooting, and problem resolution on computer and telecommunication systems.
• Train users on supported hardware and software, understanding technology from both user and technical perspectives.
• Assist users in resolving hardware and software issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Travel using personal vehicle to support technology infrastructure at customer locations and clients facilities as needed.

• Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or related field;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• A+ certification required.
• Proficient or advanced skills in Microsoft Office Access, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the capacity to prioritize daily tasks.
