The intern will also gain exposure to a range of technologies and platforms, collaborate with a skilled, multi-level team, and apply practical skills learned in school.
Your tasks
- Build custom dashboards and reports in Service Now that reflect IT team's KPI and other performance metrics.
- Collaborate with technical subject-matter experts to create clear operating procedure documents.
- Support Local IT Team with hardware provisioning, troubleshooting hardware and windows OS related issues.
- Support Local IT Team to troubleshoot Audio/Video related issues relating to conference-room AV solution.

- Currently in your senior year of an IT related degree program or a recent graduate in a technical field.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 GPA
- Good understanding of IT service lifecycle- account provisioning, application development, hardware & software deployment, troubleshooting and documentation.
- Experience with IT ticketing systems and reporting tools (Service Now preferred).
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio.
- Legal resident of Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW), Texas area. We are unable to provide housing or relocation assistance for summer interns.
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident

This is an hourly position, paying $22-$27/hour, minimum of 30 hours per week.
