Job Type: Direct Hire
Location: Hybrid – Coppell, TX (3 days onsite)
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $141,000-$159,000/year

What You’ll Do- Lead and manage a team of approximately 20 Dev Ops Engineers, overseeing hiring, performance management, goal setting, and day‑to‑day people operations in an agile development environment.
- Drive the delivery and execution of new system capabilities, including a major migration from legacy on‑premise infrastructure to Genesys Cloud (CCaaS).
- Monitor enterprise systems daily for outages or issues, directing service restoration efforts and coordinating with peer infrastructure teams as needed.
- Manage vendor contract negotiations, hardware and software procurement, and collaborate with business SMEs and partners to ensure quality and on‑time delivery.
- Partner closely with Product Owners and business leaders to support strategic roadmaps, translate complex technical concepts into business terms, and ensure information flows clearly across all stakeholders.
- Hands‑on experience with Genesys Cloud (CCaaS) and a strong background in call center technology development and operations.
- At least 3 years of experience managing a team of 10 or more in a Dev Ops or technology operations environment.
- Proven ability to plan, design, and deploy technology projects with cross‑functional teams in an agile setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a track record of energizing multi‑disciplined teams, managing performance, and developing talent.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders.
