- Proven expertise with MQ Multi-Instance setups, MQ Internet Pass-Thru (MQ IPT), Replicated Data Queue Manager (RDQM), and native high availability (HA) configurations.
- Strong background in SSL certificate lifecycle management and securing MQ infrastructure.
- Solid understanding of Unix/Linux, cloud platforms and containerized environments
- Exceptional documentation capabilities and a track record of mentoring Level 1 and Level 2 support teams.
- Highly skilled in automation and scripting using tools and languages such as Chef, Ansible, Terraform, Python, and Shell scripting.
- Deep familiarity with ITIL frameworks, including incident, change, and problem management processes.
- Experience with observability
