The Impact you will have in this role:
Being a member of IT Enterprise Product & Platform Engineering team, you will support our Cloud Product Enablement initiatives. This role will serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders, cloud engineering teams, and product owners to drive the successful delivery and adoption of cloud-based services and platforms across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), business process analysis, and enablement strategies.
This role is pivotal in ensuring that cloud products are effectively integrated, adopted, and aligned with business objectives.
Your
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Cloud Engineers, and Delivery Leads to define and document business and technical requirements for cloud enablement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Architecture teams to ensure alignment of cloud enablement solutions with enterprise architecture standards and strategic direction.
- Collaborates with PO and squad on backlog item refinement to foster a shared understanding of what the product is supposed to do
- Lead the decomposition of technical designs (TDs) into actionable work streams, including service decomposition, network connectivity, and security pattern documentation.
- Support the development and refinement of the Cloud Enablement Operating Model, including product ownership, adoption planning, and financial management frameworks.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather requirements, validate assumptions, and align stakeholders across business lines.
- Drive the creation and maintenance of enablement documentation, including workflows, service catalogs, and training materials.
- Working with key stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Ensure compliance with cloud baseline security standards and support the implementation of global rule patterns in collaboration with Security, Middleware, Engineering teams, etc.
- Partner with PO and stakeholders to incorporate feedback into the backlog
- When applicable, create documentation for stakeholders and/or provide information for others to create documentation (e.g. training materials, specs, technical/functional design, etc.)
- Work with engineers & peers to communicate status, elevate roadblocks and work with support teams to perform as needed troubleshooting
- Act as an expert on cloud enablement processes, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in cloud enablement, infrastructure delivery, or enterprise IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and cloud service lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with Agile techniques and tools Scrum, Kanban, JIRA, and Service Now, etc.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with financial tracking for cloud consumption and cost optimization strategies is a plus.
