We are looking to bring on a Principal Business Data Analyst to our growing Strategy division. We need someone with 7+ years of Business Data experience in a 50/50 split capacity working with business stakeholders and understanding technical data analysis. This team will be working directly with leadership up to the C‑Suite, so the candidate must have experience doing that and be comfortable, confident, and presentable.
Technically the role requires strong expertise in SQL, ETL, and SSIS packages for an enterprise environment. The candidate will also need proficiency in Databricks and other database management tools. Responsibilities include data modeling, developing data integrity, data automation, and setting data governance. Reporting and data visualizations will be done in Power BI and Tableau to present findings to leadership.
Personality-wise we need someone who is skilled in business acumen and technically sound to consult with both sides of the business. The main data they will be analyzing is Consumer Insights from the BUs listed above and they will take a consultant approach to D&B's growth/improvement strategy.
