Job Summary
MUST BE LOCAL TO DFW AREA. Launch Your IT Career With Hands‑On Experience! Entry‑Level IT Support Role – Full Training Provided. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and build real technical experience while working alongside an experienced support team.
ScheduleWe are a 24/7 facility. While most shifts are standard weekday hours, flexibility to work days, nights, or weekends is a huge plus and may provide additional opportunities.
Responsibilities- Respond to support tickets.
- Assist users via email, chat, and in‑person support.
- Troubleshoot issues such as password resets & login issues, Wi‑Fi/connectivity problems, printers, peripherals, and basic hardware.
- Work closely with technicians to build strong foundational IT skills.
- 3+ months of IT experience or relevant education (A+, IT coursework, CS/IT degree, bootcamp, etc.).
- Strong interest in expanding technical and hardware support skills.
- Reliable, professional, and eager to learn.
- Solid communication and customer service abilities.
- Must have reliable transportation (Hybrid onsite in Coppell).
Contract position based out of Coppell, TX. This is a hybrid position.
Pay & BenefitsPay range: $16.25 - $18.00/hr.
