We are seeking a Senior Service Now Engineer with proven expertise in QA automation and hands-on development. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end testing, automation frameworks, and upgrade strategies, while also contributing to configuration, scripting, and integrations across the Service Now platform (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Service Portal, and enterprise integrations). The ideal candidate will bring a balanced background in QA, automation, and development with strong skills in ATF, Selenium, API testing, and JavaScript, bridging quality assurance and engineering delivery to ensure high-performing, scalable Service Now solutions.
Responsibilities- Analyze requirements and Service Now specifications to design scalable test cases, data, and scenarios.
- Plan, execute, and document manual and automated testing across Service Now modules, workflows, and integrations.
- Lead functional, regression, integration, upgrade, and API testing for ITSM, Service Catalog, CSDM, and ITOM.
- + years in software testing/development, with + years on Service Now platform.
- Expertise in one of the tools - ATF, Selenium, Postman, SOAP UI.
- Hands-on proficiency in Service Now development and scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Catalog Scripts, Integration Hub).
- Experience across Service Now modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, CSDM, Discovery, Event Management
- Skilled in test management/defect tracking tools (, JIRA, HP ALM).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Preferred :
Service Now CSA, CAD, CIS (ITSM, Discovery, Event Mgmt.), ITIL v/v.
