Harris & Harris is seeking a motivated Help Desk Analyst to provide support for desktop systems and assist users with technical issues. Responsibilities include troubleshooting software and hardware, maintaining ticket tracking systems, and performing Active Directory administration. This on-site position is in Coppell, TX with a salary range of $40,000 to $55,000 annually.
The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, at least 1 year of help desk experience, and strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
