Business Analysis Manager | Reverse Logistics; Returns, Repair, Liquidation

Job Overview

This role supports strategic and operational decision-making by delivering insights and analysis across the business. It manages data mining, business intelligence, and reporting to provide actionable recommendations that inform resource prioritization and performance benchmarks. The role collaborates with multiple teams to conduct complex modeling and analysis for business improvements, influencing organizational strategies and enhancing customer experiences through data-driven solutions.

• Provide insights and recommendations that optimize business experiences through cross-functional collaboration and data analysis
• Develop and maintain data and reporting solutions, including dashboards, reports, and self‑service tools to support enterprise goals
• Apply analytical and modeling techniques to support decision-making and resource prioritization across the organization
• Participate in the design and administration of reporting structures and interfaces for standardized use across teams
• Perform other duties and projects assigned by business management as needed

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related work experience (Required)
• Acceptable areas of study include Data Analysis, Data Science, or similar quantitative fields or equivalent practical experience (Required)
• 4–7 years of working experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches, reporting and analyzing performance, and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience in advanced analytics, SQL analysis of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative research, and programming in Python, R, Go, or similar is preferred
• Telecommunication experience (Preferred)

• Communication – Ability to manage relationships, influence, and communicate complex analysis, logic, and solutions clearly and concisely, providing decision support that drives effective execution of initiatives (Required)
• Financial Modeling (Required)
• Telecommunications – knowledge of the telecommunications industry (Preferred)

• At least 18 years of age

The base pay range for this position in Coppell, TX is $90,000 to $121,800. The actual starting pay will vary within this range based on location, qualifications, and experience.
