Senior Program Manager

Senior Program Manager is responsible for overseeing program management, change management, and ensuring successful project delivery by applying agile methodologies. They will play a crucial role in leading and guiding project teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring projects are completed within scope, budget, and schedule.

• Act as a scrum master for agile teams, facilitating scrum processes, removing impediments, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
• Manage and lead project teams in the successful delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to drive adoption and support for project related changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular meetings with project teams to ensure alignment and progress towards project objectives.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between cross functional teams.

• Proficiency in scrum methodologies and experience acting as a scrum master.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on change management techniques.
• Sound understanding and practical application of agile methodologies in project management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively lead project teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ability to identify risks and issues early in the project lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex project challenges effectively.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and Scrum Master certification (CSM) would be advantageous.
