Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SailPoint Engineer with 10+ years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience and at least 6 years of hands-on expertise with SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ). The ideal candidate must have strong experience designing and implementing enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions, developing custom integrations, and supporting identity lifecycle management.

Mandatory Requirement:
Candidates must have hands-on experience supporting End-of-Support (EOS) / End-of-Life (EOL) upgrades for SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ), including planning, execution, testing, and post-upgrade support in enterprise environments.

Required Skills & Responsibilities
  • Mandatory:
    Hands-on experience performing EOS/EOL upgrades for SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) in enterprise environments.
  • Lead the administration, engineering, and development of SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ).
  • Design and implement Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions.
  • Develop custom workflows, rules, connectors, and integrations with enterprise applications.
  • Manage identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, certifications, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
  • Integrate applications using REST APIs, SCIM, JDBC, and other integration technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint workflows, connector, and application integration issues.
  • Support application onboarding and identity automation initiatives.
  • Participate in IAM architecture, security policy implementation, compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable IAM solutions.
  • Follow SDLC best practices throughout design, development, testing, and deployment.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10+ years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience.
  • 6+ years of hands-on SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) experience.
  • Proven experience with EOS/EOL SailPoint IIQ upgrades (Mandatory).
  • Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) is preferred.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Experience with REST APIs, SCIM, JDBC, and enterprise application integrations.
