Odessa (Lease Wave) Engineer

Location:

Coppell, TX (100% Onsite) Duration:
Long Term Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Odessa (Lease Wave) modules including Origination, Contracts, Billing, Assets, Accounting, and End-of-Term.
• Act as the technical SPOC for platform setup, enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and production support.
• Troubleshoot lease lifecycle processing, billing anomalies, and accounting-related issues.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement Odessa configurations and enhancements.
• Support platform stability, compliance requirements, and business rule implementations.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Odessa/Lease Wave platform.
• Experience in leasing, lending, loan servicing, auto finance, commercial finance, or captive finance.
• Strong SQL skills for data investigation and validation.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Service Now, Jira, or similar ITSM tools.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills.

Preferred

Skills:

• SQL Server or Oracle database experience.
• Odessa Studio / Odessa Designer exposure.
• Postman and API integration experience.
• Power Shell or Python scripting knowledge.
• Understanding of OEM dealer programs, subsidy rates, floorplan financing, or commercial lease structures.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
