• Snowflake platform operations and support experience, proficiency in SQL scripting, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, and experience with Service Now for ITSM processes.

• Certification in Snow Pro Core or additional Snowflake certifications, experience supporting Snowflake integrations with analytics tools (such as Power BI, Looker, Quicksight), exposure to Snowpark, Snowpipe, and Snowflake Cortex AI services, knowledge of infrastructure automation tools like Terraform or Ansible.

• Candidates with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Snowflake support or platform operations are ideal, with a preference for those holding relevant certifications and having familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• The role requires a hybrid work arrangement with onsite presence three days a week at the Coppell, TX location. Candidates should be comfortable collaborating across teams, supporting disaster recovery exercises, and maintaining high standards for operational security and efficiency.
