IAM L2 Engineer / Administrator

Summary

Administer and support IAM, IDM, Active Directory, SSO, and access governance solutions by troubleshooting complex issues, managing integrations, and implementing security controls. Drive operational excellence through automation, process improvements, and collaboration with security, infrastructure, and application teams.
Responsibilities
" Administer IAM/IDM platforms, Active Directory, SSO, authentication, authorization, and access provisioning solutions across the enterprise environment.
" Troubleshoot IDM, integration, authentication, and authorization issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive issues through resolution.
" Collaborate with Information Security, IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to implement security requirements and support IAM initiatives.
" Conduct system testing, validate implementations, maintain technical documentation, and support disaster recovery and patch management activities.
" Develop automation solutions, improve IAM processes, and support user lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance requirements.
" Design and implement SSO enhancements, security improvements, and operational efficiencies to improve user experience and strengthen access controls. Years of Experience: 5.00 Years of Experience
