• Core development expertise in SailPoint Identity IQ, IAM/IGA frameworks, Java/J2EE, and Bean Shell
• Hands-on design and implementation of workflows, rules, custom connectors, and REST API integrations
• Strong SQL database querying and custom relational data modeling capability
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) design, lifecycle provisioning, and access certifications
• Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) automated workflow execution and production issue resolution

• Familiarity with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) / Identity Now platforms
• Integration experience with Directory Services (LDAP, Active Directory) and protocols (SCIM, XML, SOAP)
• Integration background with enterprise systems such as Service Now, Workday, and SAP
• Scripting expertise using Power Shell and Unix/Linux shell environments
• Relevant certifications:
  SailPoint Identity IQ Certified Engineer/Architect, CISSP, or Security+

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint Identity IQ Developer to join an enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) engineering team on a 100% onsite basis in Coppell, TX. The selected candidate will engineer, configure, and sustain robust identity governance and administration (IGA) capabilities across complex enterprise architectures. The incumbent will take ownership of custom workflow engineering, connector implementation, Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) automation, and application onboarding—directly fortifying the organization's cybersecurity posture, regulatory compliance, and access risk management protocols.

• Architect, build, test, and maintain enterprise SailPoint Identity IQ solutions for access governance, lifecycle management, and certifications
• Develop custom Bean Shell scripts, rules, workflows, and connectors to onboard target applications, systems, and enterprise cloud resources
• Engineer and execute Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) automated provisioning policies, RBAC structures, and separation of duties (SoD) frameworks
• Configure REST API integrations, directory connections, and automated workflows across Service Now, Workday, SAP, and Active Directory environments
• Provide advanced tier-3 technical support, defect remediation, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis for production Identity IQ environments
