Customer Success Specialist

with a strong cybersecurity or SaaS background to drive customer adoption, provide technical guidance, and act as the bridge between customers and internal teams.

• Own customer relationships, onboarding, adoption, and ongoing technical success across enterprise accounts
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers solve challenges and maximise platform value
• Partner with Sales, Support, Engineering, and Product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
• Identify risks, expansion opportunities, and customer feedback to improve retention and product outcomes
• Lead technical reviews, enablement sessions, and success planning with customer stakeholders

• 3+ years in Technical Customer Success, TAM, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, or similar roles within cybersecurity/SaaS
• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity, enterprise IT, cloud, endpoint, network security, or SaaS platforms
• Strong understanding of security principles and enterprise software deployments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical teams and executive stakeholders
• Experience managing multiple enterprise customers and using tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Gainsight, or similar
