Onsite in Coppell, TX is seeking an IT Deskside Support Technician to deliver on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and AV systems in a large corporate environment.
You will diagnose hardware and software issues, perform IMAC tasks, assist with data migrations, manage IT assets, and provide executive and remote staff support with strong customer service and clear communication.
