Sr. Engineer - Salesforce
Remote TX | Direct Hire Interview conducted onsite W2 Only (No Sponsorship/C2C)
Seeking a senior level Salesforce Engineer to support and enhance enterprise Salesforce platforms in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role involves hands-on development, technical leadership, mentoring, and driving platform improvements across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce development initiatives and platform enhancements
- Mentor team members and support knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with engineering teams on best practices and technical solutions
- Serve as a technical resource for assigned projects and initiatives
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve platform performance and user experience
Requirements
- Salesforce Certification required
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Experience with Apex, JavaScript, and additional technologies such as Java, Node.js, or React
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, firewalls, and proxies
