Position Summary We are seeking an analytical, tech-savvy Automation & Machine Learning Engineer (Bilingual Korean) to drive process automation, data analytics, and intelligent manufacturing solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, develop customized software and RPA workflows, and apply machine learning and statistical modeling to optimize operational efficiency. This is an ideal opportunity for a junior-to-mid-level engineer or data specialist with strong programming fundamentals, statistical fluency, and bilingual Korean/English communication skills to build cutting-edge solutions in a fast-paced environment.

• Bilingual Proficiency (Korean & English):
  Native or professional fluency in written and spoken Korean and English to collaborate effectively with local and global engineering teams.
• Python & Machine Learning:
  Practical knowledge of Python, statistical modeling, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) principles applied to process automation and data analysis.
• Process Automation (RPA & Software):
  Hands‑on experience or coursework in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and custom scripting (JavaScript/Python) to automate repetitive workflows.

• Automation Opportunity Identification:
  Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to evaluate operational and manufacturing workflows, identifying key opportunities for digital automation and efficiency gains.
• System Design & RPA Deployment:
  Design, build, and deploy customized automation solutions, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) systems programmed to execute repetitive tasks autonomously.
• Testing, Validation & Monitoring:
  Conduct thorough testing and validation procedures to ensure seamless system integration; continuously monitor automated workflows and make iterative adjustments to maximize productivity.
• Statistical & Machine Learning Analysis:
  Analyze complex operational data sets from multiple angles to surface discrepancies, evaluate system performance, and implement predictive AI/ML models.
• Team Enablement & Training:
  Develop technical documentation and lead training sessions for team members on new automation tools, best practices, and standard operating procedures.

Education & Experience:

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical/Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline required.
• Experience:
  
  0 to 3 years of job‑related engineering, automation, or analytics experience. (Prior experience within the telecommunications or electronics industry is a strong plus).

• Bilingual Korean & English fluency required (written and verbal).

• Proficiency in programming languages, specifically Python and JavaScript.
• Practical understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) principles, Machine Learning (ML) models, and big data analytics/visualization tools.
• Exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) applications (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or custom scripts).
• Strong mathematical and statistical fluency—must be comfortable using and referencing statistical concepts (normality, probability distributions, complex numbers, logarithms, and variance analysis).
• Proficiency with standard enterprise tools, including advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and database applications (Access/SQL).
