The Quality & Operations Specialist will oversee daily testing workflows, device validations, and inventory control operations within our Coppell fulfillment and logistics center. This role requires a bilingual professional capable of bridging communications between floor technicians, warehouse management, and global corporate stakeholders. Key responsibilities include managing parts ordering, auditing device inventory, and optimizing warehouse processing workflows to eliminate operational delays. The ideal candidate will possess a background in logistics, supply chain, or technical operations to effectively manage physical assets and generate data-driven quality reports.

Manage complete parts fulfillment operations and device inventory logs to guarantee 100% stock availability for technical teams. Implement tracking improvements within the distribution center to drastically reduce missing, misplaced, or unused components. - Quality Assurance & Device Testing:
Standardize receiving inspection workflows and technical testing documentation to maintain consistency across the floor. Execute and audit high-volume test scenarios per batch to secure top-tier accuracy in cosmetic and functional validations. - Operational Leadership & Workflow Planning:
Coordinate daily testing and sorting operations for a team of technicians and warehouse operators. Drive overall floor productivity through structured daily task planning and priority setting. - Defect Isolation & Root-Cause Analysis:
Identify recurring product defects, sorting discrepancies, and transit damages. Collaborate with logistics and engineering teams to implement corrective actions, cutting downstream customer-reported failures. - Bilingual Reporting & Documentation:
Produce and distribute detailed weekly warehouse operational, inventory accuracy, and quality metrics in both English and Korean to enhance leadership visibility into bottleneck risks.
- Education:
Bachelor's Degree required. Highly preferred majors include Supply Chain Management (SCM), Logistics, Operations Management, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Information Systems (CIS), or Information Technology. - Language
Skills:
Must be bilingual (fluent/proficient in both Korean and English, written and verbal). - Experience:
1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, quality control, inventory management, logistics, or tech testing environments is preferred. (Motivated graduates with relevant SCM/Logistics/Technical degrees are encouraged to apply). - Technical
Skills:
High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially MS Excel for data entry, inventory tracking, and pivot table analysis). Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems is a plus.
- Warehouse Adaptability:
Comfortable working full-time on-site within a dynamic warehouse/distribution center environment and interfacing directly with cross-functional floor teams. - Attention to Detail:
Meticulous approach to recording stock movements, validating product serial numbers, and maintaining absolute asset tracking integrity. - Problem-Solving & Analytics:
Analytical ability to interpret defect data trends, audit inventory variances, and execute process optimization loops.
