Job Title

Salary Range: $65,563-$78,829 with 5% annual bonus
Shift: Monday thru Friday 8AM-5PM hours could vary based on business needs
Location:
Remote, needs to be located near a plant/warehouse to access an office or plant

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Drive service level and consequently customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality service meeting SAM's Clubs expectations and needs
- Manage replenishment using information such as sales history, forecast and stock holding within the customer Distribution Centre/Store
- Recognize and measure where possible, elements of replenishment from stock holding locations
- Optimize distribution costs by collaborating with Physical Logistics, Production and Transportation
- Participate in alignment meetings with Demand Supply Planning and Generating Demand
- Participates in Demand & Supply Review Meetings to support in collaboration and alignment of actions to solve for out-of-stock situations
- Executes strategies to ensure stock allocation based on business priorities and SAM's Club prioritization
- Participate in operational review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of the CMI process
- In depth use of the CMI technical solution, including data maintenance and alignment with Customer Systems
Qualifications:
- College Degree preferred
- Two or more years of operational experience in order-to-cash in a similar market environment or trade structure
- Additionally, operational experience at market/business level, in the following areas is beneficial:
- Working for or with a customer in a collaborative environment
- Working in other Supply Chain Functions such as Logistics or Sales support
