Your Impactful Responsibilities:

• Own regional balance sheet integrity, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Lead audit/tax facilitation, compliance, and financial statement packages.
• Oversee regional accounting teams and ensure process consistency.
• Drive M&A integration, system transitions, and operational improvements.
• Prepare board materials and provide strategic insights for leadership.
• Partner cross-functionally to align finance with ambitious growth goals.

Who We’re Seeking:

• 10+ years progressive accounting/finance experience, including multi-site or regional leadership (audit facilitation, compliance a must).
• Strong track record in dynamic, growth-oriented environments; industry experience preferred.
• Confident leader who excels with autonomy, alignment, and candid communication.
• Bachelor's in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred.
• Ambitious executive excited by PE-backed scaling and HQ establishment.
