The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across construction, IT, security, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities - Project Management
* Plan, manage, and execute facilities and real estate projects from concept through close-out
* Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans
* Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and consultants
* Track project progress, manage change orders, and control costs
* Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company policies
* Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders
* Support site renovations, relocations, expansions, and infrastructure upgrades
Key Responsibilities - Facilities Operations
* Support day-to-day facilities operations across assigned locations
* Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance programs
* Partner with IT, Security, and Operations teams on site needs and upgrades
* Oversee vendor performance and service contracts
* Assist with space planning, furniture moves, and workplace improvements
* Respond to facilities-related issues and escalate as needed
Additional Responsibilities
* Support facilities-related audits, inspections, and compliance activities
* Maintain accurate project documentation and records
* Participate in emergency preparedness and response planning
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* 5+ years of experience in facilities, construction, or project management
* Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong knowledge of building systems and construction processes
* Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
* Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
* Experience in regulated, secure, environments
* Familiarity with CMMS or facilities management software
* Strong working knowledge of network infrastructure
