Who We Want
  • 10 or more years of project management experience in professional services, manufacturing, or related industries, with proven success on Design‑Build projects from proposal through commissioning.
  • Demonstrated success in project planning, scope definition, and value engineering to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, automation, procurement, and construction teams to deliver integrated solutions and manage change.
  • Leadership of customer engagements in a design‑build environment, ensuring alignment on scope, budget, schedule, and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office for business communication, presentations, and collaboration.
  • Comfortable working in industrial facilities, office settings, and remotely.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to negotiate on behalf of the company.
  • Energetic, self‑motivated, team‑player with a passion for collaboration and professional development.
Qualifications
  • Leads the planning, execution, and delivery of multi‑discipline projects from initiation to closure.
  • Responsible for overall project success, ensuring predictable results across all deliverables and metrics.
  • Fosters collaboration across departments, driving the successful completion of tasks and projects.
  • Develops project scopes, objectives, and detailed plans, coordinating design deliverables with timelines and customer expectations.
  • May develop skills of other project managers and assign tasks to project management resources.
  • Disseminates information about project progress and outcomes to leadership.
  • Maintains a high‑level understanding of project and customer dynamics, adjusting strategies for success.
  • Ensures understanding of project roles and individual skillsets within the project team.
  • Provides coaching and feedback to project team members.
  • Understands the company’s Vision and Strategic Plan.
  • Demonstrates our leadership practices and core values, holding others accountable and promoting ethical ambition.
  • Takes lead in the estimating and proposal phase, collaborating with technical, business‑development, and external resources.
  • Ensures solutions meet delivery milestones, testing, and commissioning activities as required.
  • Provides on‑site support and coordination as required, supervising other team members and partners; other duties may be assigned.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
