Service Delivery Analyst

Broadridge seeks a skilled Project Manager to lead client-facing implementation and delivery projects from initiation through completion.

This role is hybrid, assigned to one of Broadridge locations with the flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days per week.

• Coordinate all phases of client-facing product or service projects from initiation through installation and completion.
• Manage implementations involving capital equipment, enterprise software, system integration, or consulting engagements.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure goals are achieved.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams, including Sales, Systems Engineering, Product Development, and other stakeholders.
• Support delivery of new or enhanced products and services with a focus on improving customer satisfaction through technology.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and manage competing priorities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and sensitive information clearly to stakeholders.
• May work on‑site at client locations as needed.

• 3–5 years of strong project management experience in client‑facing implementation or delivery environments.
• In‑depth knowledge and experience within project management or a related discipline.
• Solid technical background with the ability to manage complex technology‑focused projects.
• Specialized functional expertise typically gained through formal education and relevant work experience.
• Experience working independently with minimal guidance and applying best practices to improve products or services.
• Understanding of business processes, cross‑functional collaboration, and how one’s area integrates with related teams.
• Awareness of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
