Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in need of a Senior Project Manager in Dallas, TX.
- Lead and coordinate multiple projects and initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities
- Manage project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and portfolio forecasts across concurrent initiatives
- Monitor project health, risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery milestones, driving timely resolution of issues
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align priorities, remove obstacles, and support successful delivery outcomes
- Provide portfolio-level reporting, insights, and executive updates to support informed decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional communication, planning sessions, roadmap reviews, and governance activities
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, delivery standards, compliance requirements, and organizational controls
- Mentor and support project managers by promoting consistent project practices and effective risk management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery, collaboration, and operational efficiency
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience preferred
- 2+ years of experience in project management, program management, portfolio management, or a related role
- Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of project planning, resource management, risk mitigation, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence outcomes across technical and business organizations
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations, status reports, and strategic communications
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high-quality delivery standards
- Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and team development capabilities
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
