Clinic Director
As Clinic Director, you will lead the full operations, clinical execution, and team performance of our IV Nutrition location in Coppell. This is a clinical/leadership-first role with complete ownership of clinic success — from client experience to staff development to daily operations. You will set the standard for a client-focused and positive culture, consistent professionalism and evidence-based results of a successful franchise location.

No two days are the same, but your mission never changes. You'll lead your team through daily operations, support client experience, ensure clinical quality, and step in wherever the clinic needs you, even in un-scheduled situations, should that need arise. More hands-on leadership than administrative management.
- Monitor team training and performance, holding staff accountable to expectation of excellence.
- Promote client satisfaction and retention, ensuring every visit is a consistent, high-quality experience.
- Prioritize positive communication, proactively following up with clients and eagerly reaching out to address client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain documentation accuracy, overseeing individual and clinical compliance.
- Support local marketing efforts and community engagement as ambassador for the brand.
- Partner with ownership on staffing, employee relations, and clinic growth.
- Oversight of clinic operations to ensure efficiency in all areas of the business.
- Current, active Texas RN License and BLS Certification
- Minimum 3-5 years of vascular access or IV infusion experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years of team leadership or management experience
- Strong peripheral vein access skills; precise IM/SQ injection techniques
- Solid grasp of anatomy, medical terminology, disease process, drug interactions/contraindication and clinical assessment
- Proficiency with Google Platforms (Drive, Gmail, Meet, etc.) and EMR systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Platforms (Word, Excel, etc.) and Inventory Tracking
- Excellent communicator who can lead a team and put clients at ease
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable making decisions quickly
