• Leadallaspectsoftheaccountspayablefunctionacrossmultipledomesticandinternationalentities.

• ManageanddevelopateamofAPprofessionals,providing coaching,mentorship,andperformancemanagement.

• Ensuretimelyandaccurateprocessingofhigh-volume invoices,payments,vendor maintenance,and disbursements.

• Maintainandstrengtheninternalcontrols,audit compliance,andaccountingpolicyadherence.

• Partner with Accounting,Treasury,Procurement,and Operationsteamstosupportcashflowmanagementandvendorrelationships.

• Oversee month-endandyear-endAPcloseactivities,including reconciliations,accruals,and reporting.

• Driveprocessimprovements,automation initiatives,andworkflowefficiencies.

• SupportERPandfinancialsystemenhancementswhiledevelopingkeyperformancemetricsforthedepartment.

• 3+yearsofleadershipormanagementexperience

• Experiencesupervisingteamsof8+employees

• Strongunderstandingofaccountingprinciples,internal controls,andAPbestpractices

• ExperiencewithERPsystemsandAPautomationplatforms

• Workdayexperiencepreferred

• Fullybilingualin Englishand Spanish
