Forklift Operator

Job Overview

Forklift Operator – Move pallets and materials through warehouse, load/unload customer trailers, sort and repair pallets. This role supports production and warehouse operations.

$19.00 per hour.

1st Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 am to 6:30 pm.

Coppell, TX 75019.

• Move sorted pallet stacks to appropriate staging area using company equipment.
• Operate forklift safely, following all company safety procedures.
• Hand-sort wooden pallets as required.
• Repair wooden pallets with nail gun as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• 1–3 years of forklift experience.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, lumber, carpentry, welding, roofing, or construction preferred.
• Willingness to work in a labor‑intensive environment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

• Work in extreme conditions, including heat, cold, and air particulate.
• Repetitive body positioning: bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, sit in forklift during entire shifts.
• Noise level depends on location.
• Personal protective equipment required: eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes.
• Vision requirements: close, distance, and color vision.
• May need to lift pallets by hand, 50–75 lbs.
