We are looking for a results‑driven Embroidery Operator to join AO Swag.

We are looking to hire a talented Embroidery operator with an eye for detail for our company's embroidery department. As an operator you will be familiar with sewing machines and basic technology concepts, be able to stand for long hours, be comfortable with using a computer, and have excellent attention to detail. Ultimately, a top‑level embroidery operator can create beautifully designed articles of clothing that fully meet the customer's specifications.

• Programming production sheets into the appropriate machine
• Operating embroidery machines
• Loading thread to match rotation sheet and inspecting for accuracy
• Loading and unloading each machine with specially designed jigs that hold hats/apparel that is embroidered
• Performing minor machine repairs and keeping supplies and work area clean and organized

• Be able to work the morning shift from M‑F 6a‑2:30p
• Able to stay on your feet for the entire shift
• Ability to pass a background test
• Occasionally lift heavy boxes/objects (up to 50 lbs)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic reading and verbal communication skills
