Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly dependable and hands‑on Production Operations Supervisor to lead daily insertion and mailing operations in a fast‑paced, compliance‑driven environment. This is a fully on‑site role responsible for ensuring production accuracy, meeting SLAs, developing frontline staff, and maintaining smooth workflow across multiple operational teams.

Location: Coppell, TX 75019

Shift:

• Off Peak: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM (
  On Peak: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
• Compensation: $60,000–$65,000 annual salary + Bonus Eligible

• Ensure all Service Level Agreements with clients are met in the most cost‑efficient manner; prioritize all client mailings on the production floor to assure SEC and contractual requirements are met; monitor production lines to maximize throughput and labor cost; coordinate resources across departments to maximize efficiency while maintaining high quality standards.
• Ensure all operators have received proper technical training, quality, and ISO training.
• Oversee all labor on the production floor ensuring the operation is running efficiently; utilize outside temp agencies to adjust labor as volume dictates.
• Delegate and ensure all machines have work (minimize downtime) and the right jobs are on the right machines; monitor and maximize machine throughput.
• Responsible for cross‑training associates across production operations to reduce labor costs and position associates on the proper equipment.
• Plan, monitor, and schedule proper labor to match volume needs dictated by workflow.
• Ensure the following shift is prepared to run efficiently and communicate priorities verbally and through daily email turnovers.
• Monitor part inventory by setting min/max limits and working with part vendors as needed; coordinate with operations a preventive maintenance schedule for equipment to ensure maximum efficiency.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years supervisory experience
