Job Overview
Machine Operator in Production Operations at Broadridge (Coppell), on-site role with high-speed inserting equipment. Responsibilities include set‑up, operation, monitoring, quality evaluation, preventive maintenance, and occasional mail preparation.
Responsibilities- Set up, operate, and monitor automatic or semi-automatic high-speed inserting equipment used in the production and assembly of client output.
- Interpret production orders and determine job requirements before execution.
- Assemble printed materials into a final product and distribute to the end destination.
- Evaluate quality of output (e.g., color matching) to ensure compliance with quality standards and client requirements.
- Perform preventive maintenance and authorized repairs and resolve equipment issues proactively.
- Assist in carrying out tasks at a basic working level and lead others when required; demonstrate a high, complex working level.
- Prepare mail for acceptance by the Post Office as necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience or working knowledge of inserting equipment or high-speed manufacturing equipment.
- Strong mechanical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Time-management skills: uses time efficiently, meets deadlines.
- Verbal communication: clear, succinct, correct usage of English.
- Written communication: organized, articulate, concise, correct grammar.
- Adaptability/flexibility: handles changing priorities and ambiguity.

Work ScheduleShift: Monday to Friday; on-site, 100% of the time.
