Responsible for operating Mixer, Oven, and Fryers on the Production Lines within the specified guidelines to meet safety, efficacy, efficiency, and Quality. Perform other duties required by the Supervisor as necessary in order to produce a consistent product in a timely manner that meets all standards set forth by Barcel USA.

• Follow all aspects of company safety rules and procedures including informing management of any unsafe conditions.
• Follow all working guidelines instructed by Barcel USA including the 5’s protocol which is based on keeping the working areas clean and organized.
• Be proactive about people safety.
• Operate lines according to specified guidelines to limit waste.
• Keep lines running at specified speeds.
• Keep fryer operating according to specification to avoid under‑cooked products or oil spills.
• Follow standard operating guidelines for fryer and ovens.
• Help the Mixer Person with duties: opening bags, mixing, load/unload mixer.
• Complete all paperwork according to Barcel USA requirements.
• Keep work area, tools and supplies clean, organized and sanitary throughout the shift.
• Learn and be able to perform in all other positions associated with the Process System.
• Follow all GMP’s and Safety Procedures as outlined by Barcel USA.
• Perform other duties as requested by Group Leader.
• Be flexible on work schedule and overtime as requested.
• Meet the KPI goals set by Management for the line you are responsible for.
• Ensure compliance of GMP’s, 5’s, safety, OSHA, HACCP and FSMA in the raw materials area.

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Ability to handle all products with care in accordance with Barcel USA System to minimize loss in food safety, quality, or appearance of the finished product.
• Maintain equipment and tools to high standard of cleanliness.
• Report equipment problems or malfunctions and accidents immediately to the Production Supervisor.
• Work independently with minimum supervision.
• Perform physical tasks: stoop, kneel, climb, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, talk, hear, lift, and perform repetitive motions.
• Move objects up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Operate pallet jack and other material handling equipment.
• Work well with the Barcel USA Team.
• Move from one task to another with minimal distraction.
