Location: Coppell, TX

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule
  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM

Requirements
  • Previous experience in woodworking, crate building, or a similar assembly role
  • Ability to read blueprints, sketches, and follow verbal instructions
  • Ability to meet daily production goals
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to workplace safety
Job Duties
  • Assemble products according to work instructions and specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructions
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintain production pace while meeting daily goals
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
  • Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production
  • Perform additional assembly and warehouse duties as assigned
