The Fountain Group is currently seeking a
Production Operator for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in
Coppell, TX . Details for the position are as follows:

Manufacturing Operator (API Manufacturing)
Location: Coppell, TX (Fully Onsite)
Pay Rate: $25/hr (W2)
Duration: 4 Months

Job Description
  • Perform large-scale Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing operations in a pharmaceutical production environment.
  • Execute manufacturing batch records and associated GMP documentation.
  • Perform weighing and dispensing of chemicals, chemical reactions, mixing, filtration, drying, packaging, and equipment cleaning.
  • Operate manufacturing equipment through Human Machine Interface (HMI) systems.
  • Maintain compliance with cGMP requirements and manufacturing procedures while ensuring product quality and consistency.
  • Work Shift B (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule with every other weekend off.
Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • College coursework in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or another science-related field preferred.
Required Skills
  • Experience in API or pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
  • Chemical weighing, dispensing, mixing, filtration, drying, and packaging.
  • Execution of GMP manufacturing batch records and documentation.
  • Experience operating HMI (Human Machine Interface)-controlled manufacturing equipment.
  • cGMP manufacturing knowledge.
  • Ability to safely handle materials and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs using material handling equipment.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in a cGMP pharmaceutical or other regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Compounding or chemical processing experience.
  • Science-related college coursework.
  • Experience with large-scale manufacturing equipment and production processes.
