Marketing Communication Specialist
The Marketing Communication Specialist is responsible for the end‑of‑the‑end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across owned and paid media channels. This role ensures flawless campaign delivery through disciplined trafficking creative, tracking, and validation while supporting Channel Marketing Leads on day‑to‑day needs.

This role ensures flawless campaign delivery through disciplined trafficking creative, tracking, and validation while supporting Channel Marketing Leads on day‑to‑day needs.
KeyRoles And Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of marketing campaigns from initiation through deployment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on‑time delivery across all channels.
- Manage creative trafficking, validate campaign rules and logic, and oversee tracking setups and deployment to ensure flawless execution.
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to coordinate the trafficking and launch of paid media assets.
- Serve as the operational point of contact to ensure campaigns are implemented according to strategy and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with E‑commerce, CRM, Channel Marketing, and Marketing Technology teams to ensure a cohesive, data‑driven customer journey across digital touchpoints, including landing pages, UTMs, and prioritizing products.
- Align campaign execution with broader marketing, channel, and customer experience strategies.
- Support managers and senior stakeholders with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting across owned and paid channels.
- Additional day‑to‑day support of Channel leads could include but not limited to budget management, processing invoices, writing briefs, reporting/analytics, and managing external partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, advertising, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2 - 5 years' experience in digital marketing, preferably in the retail environment.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google, social media and email marketing).
- Able to work independently and as part of a larger team.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong ability to manage simultaneous project streams and thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving company environment.
- Strong communication and work ethic.
