Job Title

You are in charge of the following activities:

• Promote cultural and scientific programming, and design projects that promote social inclusion and fight against isolation; (focus on social or seniors field)
• Contribute to the evaluation of programs and the realization of reports, including the monitoring and analysis of the results of actions and their impact on attendance
• Participate in the development of the programming of social and cultural mediation offers
• Raise awareness among the public about scientific or social issues, especially for those most distant from culture
• Participate in the design of mediation projects (itineraries, speeches, booklets) based on exhibitions presented according to different audiences
• Formalize cultural and social mediation projects, evaluate their feasibility and coherence
• Participate in the organization of animations, programs, and events for targeted audiences
• Propose innovative contributions, especially in social mediation
• Feed and structure the contact base via CRM, and contribute to its development

You prepare a Master's degree related to cultural mediation

You possess the following qualities:

• Good knowledge of cultural policies and social inclusion issues
• Ability to design and structure a mediation project (objectives, target audiences, partnerships, budget, evaluation)
• Ability to work with partners in the social or medical-social field
• Competence in project evaluation and impact analysis (attendance, loyalty, profiles)
• Writing skills
• Organizational skills to coordinate events and programs
• Ability to adapt a scientific discourse to audiences distant from culture
• Mastery of follow-up tools (dashboards, CRM, reporting)
• Listening, diplomacy, and ability to create a climate of trust with vulnerable audiences
• Autonomy and initiative

Position to be filled via an apprenticeship contract.
