Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 annually (based on experience)
Role OverviewDiLucci CPA Firm has been serving business owners and real estate investors since 2005. Our founder, Jasmine DiLucci, is a tax attorney and CPA who publishes tax content to a growing audience, and the content operation has outgrown what she can run herself.
We're looking for a Marketing Manager to own our content and social media function end to end: growing the channel through sharp social strategy and paid ads, staying close to the metrics and acting on them, and getting behind the camera to shoot the content yourself. You'll also manage the editing pipeline and direct on-camera talent; but the core of this role is marketing: knowing what hooks an audience, what converts, and what the numbers are telling you.
This role is for someone hungry to build and grow their career, with a go-getter mentality who takes pride in owning an entire function successfully. You know what it actually takes to run a successful social media channel: the strategy behind it, and the hands‑on work of shooting and producing it.
This role is for someone who has been the only person in a marketing or content department before, and liked it. There's no one here to hand you a shot list or a content calendar, you build it. If you need a defined queue of assigned tasks to do good work, this will frustrate you. If you've ever looked at a channel and thought "I know exactly what's broken and I could fix it in a week," keep reading thought "I know exactly what's broken and I could fix it in a week," keep reading.
What You'll OwnSocial Media & Growth
Own social strategy across platforms: you understand the audience and know what will hook them.
Plan and run paid social ads that convert.
Identify what to make next and bring it to the CEO as a proposal, not a question.
Build a repeatable content system that produces consistent output without constant direction.
Adapt as the channel grows and formats change
Metric & PerformanceOwn the full metrics picture: retention, click-through rate, watch time, cost per lead/follower, and ad performance.
Define the KPIs that matter, set targets, and report on them regularly.
Use data to decide what to make next, not just to report on what already happened.
Own the editing pipeline from raw footage to published asset.
Review and give direction on your editors' work: you need to know editing well enough to spot what's wrong and articulate the fix, whether or not you cut every video yourself.
Hold a consistent standard for pacing, sound, color, and retention structure.
Manage thumbnails, titles, packaging, and publishing.
Genuine interest in hands‑on production — willing to get behind the camera, direct talent, and run shoot days end to end.
RequirementsMust-have
2-5 years of marketing and social media experience.
Strong eye for social media: you understand the audience and what will hook them.
A genuine interest in being behind the camera and videography.
A portfolio of You Tube and Instagram (Tik Tok is a plus!) channels you've worked on: you'll be asked for links, your specific role on each, and what you personally owned.
Ownership of metrics: you know what to track, why it matters, and can build KPIs that translate to real results.
Social media ads: you know trends and what will convert.
You currently live within 30 minutes of our Coppell office, and are able to work on-site 5 days a week.
Strongly PreferredContent experience in finance, tax, investing, real estate, or money.
Experience as a sole employee in the marketing department (team of one) or owner of own business.
Personal background or education in finance or accounting.
Experience with founder-led or personality-driven channels.
