Responsibilities:Provide highly professional and technical nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation). Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver age-appropriate, patient-centered care in accordance with standards. Communicate clearly with team members, patients, and families, fostering a safe and therapeutic environment. Ensure accurate documentation, medication, and IV administration, and support patient education. Take responsibility for performance, professional growth, and continuous improvement of the patient experience.
Adhere to hospital policies, promote teamwork, and assume accountability for nursing duties. Other duties as assigned.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. Current Texas RN license and Basic Life Support certification required. Minimum 12 months RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency Program. Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and care standards. Ability to handle confidential information and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
