Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, document, and track defects or issues
- Perform manual and/or automated testing of products or systems
- Collaborate with development, production, or operations teams to resolve quality issues
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations
- Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback for improvements
- Participate in product design reviews to provide quality input
- Maintain documentation related to testing procedures and results
- Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies
- Packaging Mobil devices
- Inspect phones for functionality and charging, verify SKU accuracy against records, and package and prepare them for palletizing and shipment.
- High School Diploma
- Proven experience in quality assurance or a similar role
- Warehouse experience
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and teamwork skills
